I'm trying to send review requests for older orders, but they're stuck in “Queued” and won't move to “Ready to review.”Here's what I've checked: The orders were placed before or around when I set up Klaviyo Reviews. My review request flow is Live and triggered by Ready to review. Shopify delivery events appear in customer profiles. Shopify product and variant IDs match Klaviyo's catalog. I clicked “Skip waiting time” on order #1007, but it remains Queued after waiting and refreshing. I tried resyncing the product, with no change. The “Request reviews from past orders” option is missing from my settings. How can I generate review events for these older orders? Does the missing past-orders option mean the process was already completed, and is there a way to manually trigger or regenerate the events for queued orders?

Hi,Can anyone at Klaviyo arrange for me to get a product demo. I’ve filled in the form and so far not had a reply.ThanksAndy

Hi everyone,My Klaviyo reviews consistently take 4–5 seconds to appear on product pages, in the carousel and on my standalone reviews page - specifically on mobile, whether via WiFi or data connection. The rest of the page loads promptly; only the reviews are delayed. Seems to be fine on desktop, with a shorter delay.Visitors on mobile may assume there are no reviews and leave before they appear. Examples: https://functioningmonkey.com/products/average-human-graphic-tee https://functioningmonkey.com/pages/reviews Has anyone found the cause or a fix? I’d appreciate input from Klaviyo staff. Thanks,Deon

A customer accidentally deleted her review. The original review request link now says “Your review is successfully deleted” and won’t allow her to submit again. The review is missing from All reviews. Can the request be reset so she can submit a new review with verified buyer status? I’m on a free plan and cannot access an agent.

Install your helpdesk from Integrations in Klaviyo, then choose it as the handoff destination in Customer Agent > Settings. Klaviyo supports Klaviyo Helpdesk, Zendesk and Gorgias. Most problems come from a mismatch between two settings, covered in the troubleshooting section. What the connection doesWhen Customer Agent can't resolve a conversation, either because an escalation rule fired or the shopper asked for a person, it hands the conversation to your team. The handoff follows the method you choose per channel: Send a ticket to your helpdesk. Customer Agent creates a ticket and continues to manage the shopper experience, depending on which helpdesk you use. Don't hand off. The agent shows a custom message instead. Use this if you don't have a helpdesk integration but still want to give shoppers a clear next step. I accidentally deleted the contents of my existing WELCOME FLOW today, September 25, 2026.The flow itself still exists, but only the trigger remains. I accidentally deleted:Welcome Email #1–#7 6 Time Delays 1 Multi-Branch SplitThis happened only a few minutes ago while I was trying to remove a Multi-Branch Split. The Flow History clearly shows all of these deletions.I understand that deleted flow messages cannot normally be restored from the interface, but I would like to ask whether a Klaviyo staff member can help recover or restore the deleted flow components from their previous state.I am on the Free plan and cannot access Live Chat.I have not made any further changes to the flow because I don't want to overwrite anything that might still be recoverable. Is there a way for Klaviyo to restore this flow?

Hi all,I've got a few custom profile properties that are no longer in use and I'd like to clean them up.I saw in an older thread that bulk deletion has to be done by Klaviyo staff, is that still the process? I'm on a free plan, so I don't have access to live chat/email support to request this directly. How do I get this done?Thank you!Amabel

Hi,We’ve identified what appears to be a Shopify catalogue sync issue in our Klaviyo account.235 of our 423 catalogue products (56%) are showing as “Not Published” in Klaviyo, despite the affected products being ACTIVE, published to the Online Store sales channel, and publicly available on our Shopify storefront. This includes all 7 of our StairMaster products. As a result, a Klaviyo product feed filtered to our StairMaster collection returns zero products, even though those products are live and purchasable in Shopify. We have already tested Resync Item on an affected product, but this did not change its “Not Published” status.Because such a large proportion of the catalogue is affected and an individual resync has not resolved it, could a Klaviyo team member please advise whether the Shopify catalogue integration needs a catalogue-level re-import/reset or another backend sync action? We have deliberately not triggered Historical Re-import or changed the integration, as we do not want to

I got hit with a bot attack on my Shopify checkout and now I'm stuck with a billing mess. My active profile count spiked hard mid-cycle because of it, and even though I've already suppressed (and then deleted) the fake profiles, my bill is apparently still based on that peak number from during the attack. It’s my first time learning about email lists, so I didn’t have double opt-in on. I did have CAPTCHA on the whole time, so this wasn't a case of me being completely careless. The automated signups were clearly bot activity, especially looking at the fact that over the past 6 months I didn’t even get as many signups as I did on the day of the bot attack. Doesn't seem right that I'll get billed for this.Is there a way for Klaviyo to adjust my bill back to what it should've been without the bot spike? Anyone know what proof they'd need to actually look into this? And is there any way to get this in front of an actual person, since my support access shows as expired? It’s absolutely ridiculo

Hello, pretty simple question and yet I’m surprised I only found one post about it from 2 years ago. I am wondering if there is an app (I don’t see one anywhere, so I imagine the answer is naturally, no.) I can’t imagine that one of the biggest email marketing companies out there do not have an app, but it seems to be the case… am I right? I’m curious why that is? It’s really a letdown. After being with Klaviyo now for three months, it is my #1 request.

¿Seria posible valorarlo? Gracias.

I’d like to request a feature for Klaviyo to become an approved supported review partner for Google’s Store Ratings program:https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/190657This request isn’t about review display or collection — it’s specifically about enabling reviews collected through Klaviyo to qualify for Google Store Ratings.Currently, reviews need to be submitted through a Google-approved feed partner (like Yotpo, Judge.me, etc.) in order to show up on store ratings. Since Klaviyo isn’t on that list, there’s no direct way to use the reviews we collect here for that purpose.  We would have to separatey collect reviews through the Gogle Customer Reviews Program. It would be great to have a solution within Klaviyo, rather than asking customers to submit reviews across multiple platforms, such as through Klaviyo, and separately via the Customer Reviews program.Just wanted to see if this type of integration is on the roadmap.Thank you!

i phase this issue, when i try to submit the form (klick the subscribe button) there’s a loading and stuck there. can anyone help me with this?

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I use Shopify for my website and for the last few weeks I’ve had an increasing amount of credit‑card testing bots hitting my checkout.Shopify support say they’ve done everything they can on their side to block the bot traffic (and the attempts no longer appear in my Abandoned Checkouts), but the issue I’m having is that the bots are still triggering Klaviyo to create new profiles. These aren’t sign‑ups — just “active profiles” created when the checkout page loads. The bots don’t visit any other page on my site. This is pushing my active profile count up, and I’m having to manually suppress these profiles daily using an implicit‑profile segment. Is there any way to prevent these profiles being created in the first place, or to filter this kind of checkout‑only bot traffic before it counts as an active profile? Thanks for any help or insight.

I received an email saying my account is nearing the 250 email profile limit, and I will be billed for overages. A developer signed me up for klaviyo specifically to use the coupon pop-ups and I don’t use it to send emails. Is there any way to keep the free plan and use the popups for acquiring new customer emails (create an account for a discount coupon popup), but not have to upgrade to a paid account or get billed for profiles? Thanks for any insight.

Sometimes I see a simple typo mistake such as: @gmial.com or @hotmail.con, yahoo.co.uj, etc.Because of GDPR, we can’t correct the email address. The last thing I want is an ICO complaint by trying to be helpful.A built-in basic validation for common email domain mistakes that flags it up with the user before submitting would help keep lists clean and help our customers.

Hi Klaviyo team,I need assistance from a staff member with an Australian branded SMS sender ID application that I have been trying to resolve since April. Here is the timeline: I initially applied to use “AG Milano” as my sender ID. This was rejected because it was reportedly not close enough to my registered business name, even though AG is my logo and my brand is Afterglow Milano. I was then asked to provide additional information proving that I am the director of the company. I supplied the requested documentation on multiple occasions—approximately six times—but continued to encounter issues and rejections with the application. In late May or early June, I submitted a new application through Klaviyo for the sender ID “AFTERGLOW” in all capital letters. Since then, the application has remained marked as “Awaiting Approval” in Klaviyo. On 23 June, I received an email from the Australian Communications and Media Authority advising that my sender ID had been approved. However, t

Hello, we are trying to go from a web sign up form in Klaviyo to create a lead record in Salesforce via Zapier. We start with the sign up form in Klaviyo which has some custom profile properties (for example: website). We can record these and see the data just fine in profiles in Klaviyo. We then are trying to use Zapier to take all the profiles from a Klaviyo list to create lead records in Salesforce. We have a Zap set up to do this with most of the fields mapped. The problem is that none of the custom properties are available for input in Zapier. I’ve searched the forum here but wasn’t able to find anything. I’m hoping someone around here has come across this before. I’ve attached two screenshots. The first is from Klaviyo showing the sign up sheet edit page. The second screenshot is the Zapier Zap edit page showing me trying to map the Salesforce website field on the lead object to the Klaviyo custom property called website but failing to find it. Again, all the standard properties sh

I've been unable to access Klaviyo Academy for several days. Every attempt gets stuck on a blank "Redirecting…" screen and never loads the actual content. The URL it hangs on is:cms.academy.klaviyo.com/en-usThis looks different from the normal academy.klaviyo.com address, so it may be a broken or misconfigured redirect on that specific "cms" subdomain. What I've already tried (no luck with any of it):Logging into my main Klaviyo account first, then accessing Academy via SSO Clearing all browser cookies and browsing data Incognito/private browsing Two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) Creating a brand new account to testI also contacted Klaviyo Support, who suggested the same steps above, but the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is this a known issue with the cms.academy.klaviyo.com subdomain? Any help pointing this in the right direction would be appreciated.Sub forum: pick whichever is closest to "Academy," "Account," or "General/Other" — whatever's in the dropdown

Hi all,Hoping someone has run into this before. I have a list ("CTC French," 142 profiles, imported from Mailchimp) and every campaign I send to it results in 100% skipped / 0 sent. What I've ruled out so far:Consent: checked a sample profile — Email Marketing Consent shows "Subscribed" (method: List upload).Smart Sending: initially suspected this since the profile subscribed ~16 hours before the send. I cloned the campaign, explicitly disabled Smart Sending, and rescheduled — still got 142 skipped / 0 sent.Deliverability tab: no bounce, unsubscribe, or spam complaint history to explain a suppression.Has anyone dealt with an entire imported list getting skipped like this even after disabling Smart Sending? Trying to figure out if this is a list-level flag, a segment condition, or something specific to Mailchimp-imported profiles that I'm missing. Screenshots attached showing the Overview tab (142 skipped) and the profile's consent details.Any pointers appreciated — happy to share more d

Hello! I’m looking for help on how to keep customers from filling out my popup multiple times. Right now we have a dynamic code showing in the popup (which we’d like to keep if possible) so customers can get unlimited discount codes if they clear their cookies or visit the site from a different device.I have the form set to not show to current Klaviyo profiles, and to not show after form is submitted. I’m curious if there’s a way to show an error message if the customer already has a profile. I’ve seen this on other Shopify stores and it’s exactly what I’m looking for. Appreciate any information!

Hi, I recently installed Klaviyo Reviews on my Shopify store (nativva.com) and the review widgets are not loading correctly in any browser (Chrome or Safari). The error appearing in the browser console is:"Fetch API cannot load https://fast.a.klaviyo.com/reviews/api/client_onsite_widgets?company_id=WJgbKv due to access control checks. Origin https://www.nativva.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. Status code: 503"Behavior: All Klaviyo Reviews widgets work randomly and inconsistently — sometimes they display and sometimes they don't, without any changes to our configuration. This affects:Star Rating on product pages Full review block on product pages Featured Reviews Carousel on the homepageThe issue occurs on both Chrome and Safari, in both normal and incognito mode.
