Wonder if we can limited to specific email recipient ?
Example as below:
If James has abandoned cart for 2 day
An email is sent out automatically with a Dynamic Coupon (setup earlier)
The Coupon is restricted to be used within 3 hours, with 15% discount, but is it possible to restrict to James only ?

You certainly can set up a flow that would target a specific email recipient. You can accomplish this by using either a flow filter or a conditional split similar to the way you create a product specific flow.
The rule you’ll want to make to target this specific email recipient would be “Properties about someone, Email equals James@Example.com” where James@Example.com would be replaced by the email address you are trying to target.
Keep in mind that if you decide to use a conditional split for this, this flow would still be serving to all customers who trigger the Started Checkout event. Because the conditional split rule would be “Properties about someone, Email equals James@Example.com” this specified email would be navigated down the YES path while all other customers who enter the flow would be navigated down the NO path. This would allow you to have your desired email with the discount code down the YES path while leaving the NO branch with the content you desire serving to the general public.
