Hi guys.I’m trying to create a scratch flow when an account enter in my custom segmentation.The definition of segmentation is this:Now, when I send a personalized email and this accounts open the email for some happens the segmentation, for more accounts no.Also, for accounts featured in my segmentation, they will not be present in the flow and therefore no type of flow will start. Why does this happen? Klaviyo indicates that the segmentation fills up based on the actions performed by the accounts.In this case the accounts appear to perform that action.
Hello I create an order confirmation email using the placed order metric flow, but upon checking on the available data subtotal data is missing only the subtotal per item is available. Is there another work around on this like adding the subtotal per item?
I like to give my email subscribers access to all available free download links.I have dozens of blog posts on my Shopify site offering a specific free download after email subscription. After someone subscribes I have buttons in my success message for all existing downloads (links to Shopify uploads).This is a low maintenance approach that has the disadvantage that the desired download is not at top of the list after the user subscribes, and buttons are painful to design in Forms.I’d like to separate this workflow, and, rather, create a form for each download, with a button to the download on the success page, with an All downloads link to a page with … all downloads. The problem now is that this would be an open page - I’d like to validate these by Klaviyo email subscription. Ideas?
We want to automate getting segement predictive metrics (like Total Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Risk Prediction, Average Days Between Orders, Average Order). Right we are manually downloading that data with .csv file. We asked the support for API, and they said for the moment being it is not posible to get that data with an API. Do you have some workaround for us so we can automate it?
For what reason might I not be able to delete a popup form that I have created? I click on it and select "Delete" but it just freezes. I exit and edit and try and put to draft but it won't change.FYI I clones the only other popup form and change the parameter to be an exit popup. The original is after 8 second page load. Original form has been working great. No issues. Both are live and sometimes can come up simultaneously. Can that be avoided?Thoughts?James Update: I have logged out and logged in again, cleared my cache and tried again with success. However, if anyone can let me know if there is a way to avoid two popups coming up at once?
What happens to users who are queued in an automation email if we edit the email or add a variation or A / B test?
Hi,We have recently started using Klaviyo and we are beginning to familiarize ourselves with automation or flows.We have noticed that when we have an email in an active flow and we edit it, either changing the position of this email for another in the flow or adding a variation, the people who received that email do not go to the next one in the flow. Is it possible that this means that any change in the flow means that the people who started it can no longer receive the following emails after having modified the flow?I attach an example of one of our flows to make it clearer:We have this flow that is activated when someone joins that segment. Approximately 1000 people have received that email and should move on to the second email in the flow.We have edited and added a variation in that first email and if we look at the second email of the flow, we see that only 134 people comply with the conditional split but that none are waiting in the second email of the flow. Hi I have an issue with the header/link bar block,No matter how I set it up, add working/live urls to the link blocks, when I go to preview or send the header/link bar block disappears from the email all together.Any idea why that is or how I can fix it?
I’ve a sign-up form that is looking to map a text input for address fields and store them in a profile. I’m using: Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip but these properties don’t seem to actually update in Klaviyo. I notice that these are actually Klaviyo properties and have tried with and without $.Does anyone have any tips to what might be going wrong here?The form is embedded in Shopify.
Hi, we want to put up an abandon checkout flow which includes a discount for F0 clients who have not yet made a purchase.As we use bundles and other discounts (in Shopify), connected to already given out discount codes we would like to exclude these customers through a conditional split. We can exclude certain discount codes or values etc, but as we have hundreds of them and they are constantly being generated we can't exclude them all. The question is if we somehow can exclude ALL carts which include discount codes, no matter their value, names etc?
Hi there, I was just wondering whether it is is possible to limit the amount of characters displayed for a product title in a product block? We are a marketplace company so people tend to write long and weird formats for their product title. This makes the product blocks look bad because all items end up being different heights as titles start a new line ect. Very grateful for any solutions for this! Thanks, jim :)
I’d like to use metrics from shopify and from an other shop. For this second shop I use the API to add metrics such as Placed Order.I have two questions : For the moment, I have two differents placed Order. The one create by the API, and the one with the Shopify logo. When I list the metrics via an API Call, I have two differents metrics with different ID. Is it possible to have only one placed Order type ? Shopify add a Metrics “Revenue”. But it doesn’t appaer ine the timeline. It seems to be a variable which change after each order to get the total revenue. And I can’t find it in the list of metrics in my API Call. So it is somethink special ? And how can I do to include also the order which come from the other shop, using the API ?Thanks for your help Vincent
For specific products in Shopify, I’d like to not show any pricing and/or availability information and only show a button “INQUIRE”. This should then get a customer to see a pop-up form, add his/her information and then be put on a specific list. I tried playing with the Back In Stock flow, but that requires inventory level < 1, which isn’t the case (I see can be changed slightly but might be a little bit too technical.) Is the best way to:Create pop-up form “INQUIRY” paste form info in Shopify product template specific for this type of product (change necessary section/template) create form to only be shown on URL containing “#inquiry” and have the button re-direct when pressed to [product url page the customer is viewing]#inquiryIs this the best way to do it or is there an easier way that might work better? I have integrated Shopify and Klaviyo but I have two problems: The Newsletter list is not updating from Shopify Launch Page to Klaviyo - I see them as Profiles but they are not in my Segments/Lists. I have already put in the code into my .liquid to enable Newsletter sign ups and automatic syncing. I am unable to set up a Welcome flow > I had set up a Welcome flow to say Hi to new subscribers but it did not sent to the test emails I had put into the specific Subscription list I used.I would really appreciate your help - I tried looking at the Help Centre but I think there is something I’ve missed. Edit: It seems like my Newsletter Subscribers (from my Shopify’s launch page) is being synced with Klaviyo. However, after try to set up my Welcome Series flow..it says my account is suspended for review. Did I do anything wrong that I need to fix?
Hi, I feel like I should have found the answer to this somewhere, but I haven’t We’re running a promotion that gives a group of customers free shipping for a year if they spend $5,000 in 90 days. I want to send a email reminder each month that says something like “Don’t forget to spend $5,000 before August. You’ve already spent $xxxx.xx!” I know you can segment by revenue, is there a property I can include in the body of an email to accomplish this? Thanks,
Hi everyone,I’m wondering if someone can help me out with this! I have a pop-up on my website that says “Sign up for 10%!”, which adds them to my “10% off” list, and triggers a flow to send them a discount code. The problem I’m having is, is that I don’t know how to make sure their e-mail is ALSO added to my “Newsletter” list. I want to keep these separate, because I don’t want people who sign up for my email at my footer to get 10% off also. Does this make sense? If so, is this possible? Any help is appreciated! Hey Klaviyo Community! Is it possible to target customers in an abandoned cart flow based on previous purchase value? Basically, I have a trigger split based on cart value, and then I want to have a conditional split for "Person has/has not (placed order/fulfilled order) where value = $X at least once over all time." Basically, I only want to give people an offer who have never reached a certain purchase threshold prior. I've been using this help center article and tried to use both the Placed Order and Fulfilled Order actions, but there doesn't seem to be the $value property to define in my conditional split. Any input is greatly appreciated!
I just took over as site manager for a eCommerce company. I have run into a few odd occurrences in getting onboarded here where settings in programs beyond Klaviyo were adjusted preventing them from working as intended. Klaviyo has been used for several years, but was not functioning when I started last week.I was receiving error messages when trying to confirm the Integrations password / API Keys had been changed and after re-running the set up in Magento and receive the following error message:We received a 401 authentication error. Please ensure your Magento server supports HMAC-SHA1 signatures for OAuth authentication and that your credentials are correct.I’m not sure at this point were to look, or what additional settings were changed.
Hello What api method can I use to retrieve new and existing users with their associated subscriber status? I’ve looked through the documentation but can’t find what ‘m looking for. Is there a way to see for example for time period of 24 hours lets say - who subscribed in that period? Who signed up etc? Is there also a way to access the full customer base using the api and access their current email status? for example if I have 10K emails - can I download them with their associated profiles/subscriber status? Hi, I created my accountand receibed the link for email confirmation. After that i didn’t receive any comunication of manual verification or account disabled, i was able to import my cliernts and prepare the flow,but when it came to the moment of change from DRAFT to LIVE it said that my account is disabled..but they haven’t asked my for anything and can’t see what’s my status of verification.. how can i get urgent help on this? i need to have my flow working this weekend
