error when uploading custom font

Hi, I’m trying to upload a custom font, I’ve followed all the steps but it won’t work - please see screen grab of error message attached. Would be great if someone could help - I’ve been working on this for ages so it’s getting frustrating.

So sorry to see that you are having a hard time uploading your custom font. Happy to help figure it out and remove the frustration.

To take a deeper look into this for you, can you share the entire link for the Source Address? Note that the file must be in WOFF, WOFF2, TTF, EOT, or SVG format to use in Klaviyo.

I’ll be on the lookout for your response!
