Currently setting up emails for our new custom website, and looking into sending shipping confirmation emails from Klaviyo. We’re currently using stripe for transactions, airtable for order management, and Royal Mail click and drop (UK) as our courier. How best do we integrate this to send automatic shipping confirmation emails, containing tracking numbers? Very difficult coming from Shopify where this was all a breeze!
Thanks a lot,
Ben

Hi @brewcrew,
Thanks for sharing this with our community.
I recommend checking out our documentation: setting up API-based transactional events. We have an example of a shipping notification email coming from a custom platform. It’s also worth mentioning that in Klaviyo, there is no difference between transactional and non-transactional metrics and the types of messaging they result in. You can trigger marketing content and transactional content off of the same metrics; the only difference is that we define a transactional email as an essential, non-marketing email. This is called out at the top of the documentation as well.

I hope that’s helpful.
