I have created a campaing, I have the subscribers in the database, I have 2 unsubscribe links in the email (It says I have none!). I do not understand why when I click the send now button I get a cancelled message right away for the send… It is a simple email.

Why is Klayvio cancelling my campaign sending?

There might be a few reason, but without seeing how it is setup it is difficult to investigate why this is happening, however please check these and see if you are able to fix it
- Klaviyo requires at least one unsubscribe link in the email to comply with legal regulations. You mentioned you already have two, but double-check that they are properly formatted as Klaviyo unsubscribe tags, such as
{{ unsubscribe_link }}or{{ unsubscribe }}
Ensure the unsubscribe links aren't inside an image or another element that might prevent Klaviyo from recognizing them. - Verify that the sender email address is authenticated and verified. If your sender domain or email address is not verified, Klaviyo will not allow the email to send. Go to Account Settings > Email and check if your domain and email are verified.
- Email Content Review - There might be a problem with the email content itself, such as missing required elements (unsubscribe link, physical mailing address, etc.). Klaviyo may cancel the send if it finds compliance issues during a final check. Review the email to ensure all required elements are present and properly formatted.
- Check Account Limits - If you're on a free plan or have usage restrictions, you might have hit a sending limit. Check your account to see if you're allowed to send the number of emails you're attempting.

I have now:
- Added the TXT verification of the domain and am getting the dev to add the rest.
- Added those manual unsubscribe links you listed above and there is also the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email that Klayvio puts there as part of the template.
I am still getting the auto cancellation of the sen and it still says there is no unsubscribe link in the summary when there are a few in there.
Other than the domain verification (Which I have not needed to send emails from Klayvio before but I understand the use for it) why will this account simply not send out to the main database.
I can send emails to the test database (4 people) but when I send it to the main database (96 people) it auto cancels.
What on earth am I doing wrong here please?
As I said I have done all of these points and am not over my send limits so I still have no idea what to do next to make this send. I have thousands of people to add to my account and am happy to pay for the account but if the free version can not work then I am not going to invest in a broken software system.
Who do I talk to to get a human to help me through this. Happy to pay if needed.
NOTE: It has canceled all sends so no idea where this 99 emails has come from so this is an error as well.
Please help me guys I can not seem to get any help to make a very simple Klayvio setup send emails. I have tried to seek help and keep getting the same response.
1. Verify your domain (TXT records done)
2. Add an unsubscribe link to your emails. There are two in there
3. Make sure you are not sending more than your limit monthly. I am not
4. Make sure your account is 100% setup - Done.
I am simply wanting to send to 90 people a simple email and the system auto cancels everytime I send the email. Why is this so hard?
Please help me as I am already trying to upload into mailchimp and I would rather use this platform as I have seen it (When it works) do amazing things.
+1I also encountered a similar situation, but unfortunately I checked the billing and found that the profiles usage was reached.
