Your website is a key tool in your ecommerce toolkit. Use it wisely, and keep it up to date and on-brand this holiday season. 

Some ideas for how to update your site leading up to the winter holidays are:

  • Incorporate exciting gift offerings (e.g., e-gift cards, downloadables, subscription boxes, events and classes, etc.)

  • Keep customers in-the-know (e.g., shipping delays, key dates, etc.)

  • Add forms to acquire new signups and gather information about subscribers


Maximize Your Signup Form Experience

Website traffic will likely jump leading up to the holidays. Take advantage of this, and provide easy access to sign up for your newsletter to maintain engagement over time.

You may want to know who they are shopping for, what holiday they celebrate, their specific interests or tastes, what collection they are most interested in, and more. Then, use this information to guide their shopping experience, sending them tailored recommendations based on their answers.
