How do you add an image and make it visible in the feed preview?

So, unless you are building your emails from scratch with HTML builder, you can’t use this option, correct?

This is neat, thanks! I realize now, though, that I can’t add this statement into a Product block, right? I can only use it to built a product from scratch - for example, in the Dynamic Table Block?

Is there an option to write an IF/THEN statement for a price drop event?Let’s say I am building a re-order reminder flow. I am including a dynamic table showcasing products that a customer purchased last time. These are the parameters I have currently:{{ item.product.title }}Quantity: {{ item.quantity }}Total: ${{ item.price }}Can I add an IF statement to include a sales price dynamic parameter IF there is a deal on that particular product? Thanks!

Integrate Google Ads Lead form with Klaviyo list

Hi @Dov , I don’t know where the feature request is, but I am voting for it as well! This would be such a neat feature that will allow advertisers to capture and process leads immediately. Would love to see it with the next Klaviyo update!

Wrong profiles were pulled from Campaign Monitor

Thanks, Alex! So, what I did after consulting with the support:Deleted all subscribers and de-activated integration. Integrated again from scratch, using API key and lists IDs. Defined a segment with the wrong subscribers (in our case: People who have never been active on the website and do not reside in Canadian provinces). De-activated integration with Campaign Monitor. Deleted the segment with the wrong subscribers. Manually uploaded .csv files with our subscribers from Campaign Monitor, and every one of them got their recent CM activity appeared on their profiles.Thanks for your input! Case closed! :)

Wrong profiles were pulled from Campaign Monitor

Thank you! That’s what I did: created a segment with all recently added profiles who were never active on our website. Deleted them all. Then integrated Campaign Monitor again: API key + specific lists IDs. And it’s grabbing everyone again. I will definitely contact support tomorrow. During my second integration attempt, I chose to recreate the same lists I point to with my lists IDs. Nothing had happened so far, but maybe it needs time to propagate.Anyway, I’m wondering after I (successfully) bring the right subscribers over, and then we stop paying for Campaign Monitor as of December 31, 2022, should I remove integration? You see, our parent company will continue to use Campaign Monitor, it’s just only us who are departing to Klaviyo. So, the API key will exist and be active. And it might be bringing new people over, although they have nothing to do with our business. Probably, I will need to delete the integration once we are 100% moved to Klaviyo?

Create a Flow from Scratch Button Not Working

Hi David, thanks for the solution. I cleared the cache and cookies, and the error disappeared. However, now Klaviyo says that the segment is empty (Browsed products at least once over time, Placed orders zero times over time), which can’t be true.The test segment is also empty (Viewed Product is greater than 1 in the last 4 days, Placed Order at least once over all time), which is also not true.I tried to contact support, but they can’t help since we are on the free plan. And we are on the free plan because we are trying to figure out if Klaviyo even worth it. So, we entered a vicious circle: in theory, Klaviyo is better than our current email software, but in practice, nothing works. We cant start paying for Klaviyo until we figure out all the issues, and we can’t figure out all the issue because we are not paying for Klaviyo. :(Anna

I have the same issue right now. I am trying to create a new test flow, and after clicking the button “Create Flow” nothing happens. Also, can’t build a segment:
