Change spcae between line change

Select the sentence below that says “Cruise over to our FAQ”  and use the line spacing on just that sentence. You want to reduce to 50% and see what happens. Let me know if it still doesn’t work.

Abandoned Cart Flow link going to homepage and empty cart

Hey there, Use the URL of the cart page as the link in place of the tag. it should be something like this domain name/cart  let me know if you still need help.

SMS welcome flow - not working with SMS sign up embed form

Hi, the flow was connected to my SMS subscriber list.   I decided to delete the flow and create it again, it also didn’t work initially but after an hour or so it did begin to send the welcome SMS so the issue seems to be resolved :) Thank you for your response. Awesome. You’re welcome.

Hi @WhiteBHI,Is the flow connected to the list of SMS Subscribers? It will help if you can share a screen shot of the SMS welcome flow settings.

How do Welcome Series work

@ChrisEngland This might work for already existing customers before you created the flow. Add all the customers who subscribed to list before the date the flow was created.  download the segment create new list clone your welcome series and use the new list as the trigger.  Make the flow the flow live and ready and then upload the people that you downloaded from the segment into the new list.  And boom!! they receive the welcome series emails. I hope this works.
