[CASE REOPENED] How to display product regular price and discounted price in the product block in Klaviyo?

@David To @Brian Turcotte What is the latest update on this? This feature was supposed to come out last year. We really need this functionality and it needs to be a higher priority for the dev team. At the very least, roll out a temporary solution which has a manual entry “compare at price” field that populates above the regular price with strikethrough text.I am tired of having to use a strikethrough text generator online and manually enter prices every single time I want to do a compare at price. This is seriously basic stuff compared to all of the other complexities of your platform. Really embarrassing you guys don’t have it yet when all of your competitors do.

How do you exclude people or groups from campaign analytics?

@David To I too would like an update. Clearly this is a feature a number of people want, and it shouldn’t be that hard for the dev team to just build a checkbox that says “exclude this campaign’s data from analytics” or be able to add individual profiles to be excluded from analytics like others have mentioned.I mean, you guys have built badges for rewards in your forums and you have over 60 of them. If you have the time to build badges that are just for show, you can build us this feature

Hey @Brian F, There haven’t been any updates I can share regarding this feature on excluding certain events from the attribution model.  Our wonderful product team is working hard on bringing a number of exciting new features and product enhancements. Although there isn’t an update I can provide at this time, I can assure you that our product team has been exploring this feature enhancement per the request that was previously submitted. Thanks for being a part of the Klaviyo Community! David So, in other words, this isn’t ever happening.

How do you exclude people or groups from campaign analytics?

Hello @Andreas from Nuffinz, I understand your concerns regarding how this situation would affect Klaviyo’s benchmark capabilities due to how manual orders would still be attributed to the most recent email opened or clicked by the purchaser.  I really appreciate the feedback of this specific use case and will be adding it to the notes shared to our Product Team. I’ll follow up on this thread when I find out more details or am able to provide an update on this topic from the team.  Thanks for being a member of our Klaviyo Community and providing your insight! David  Hi David,Any updates on this? I see it’s been a year but no updates or changes have been made. This is really an important feature we should be able to have. We need to be able to news to email groups of affiliates/influencers and we can’t have this affecting our eCommerce analytics since these aren’t marketing emails. It should be a very simple implementation from the Klaviyo dev team.Doing a preview email is a workaround

How can I find what products were sold only from emails?

Hi there @Travis , Thanks for sharing here. If I am understanding correctly, you would like a custom report of all products sold through klaviyo email as a source. After review and checking with internal resources, unfortunately we do not have this information available as a report right now. The closest option would be to pull the information on each campaign and then copy and paste that information over to excel or google sheets.  With that being said, I would be happy to submit product feedback for this as I can see this would be very beneficial not only to yourself, but other Klaviyo clients. With product feedback, our team will review and look into possible implementation in the future, however I am unable to provide a timeline on this. However, the more we hear a specific feedback, the more likely it is to get implemented sooner.  Echoing this sentiment, it’s a pretty basic feature to be able to run reports that show which products are best sellers from email only.
