How do i send an email after someone buys a specific product?

Hi @Rain64 What is the trigger that you had set up?If it’s a post -purchase flow (like a Customer Thank You flow), I would set the trigger to “Placed Order” and try the following flow filters (together):“ordered product at least once over all time where variant name contains (the product name)” AND “Placed order at least once over all time where name contains (product name)”Also perhaps adding a conditional split with conditions “ordered product at least once over all time where variant name contains (the product name)” can work too. Hope this helps!

Mobile version shows same as PC version

Hi @JennyZ are you opening the email on the inbox provider app on your mobile or through the web on your mobile? Has this happened before? Another question… what inbox provider are you using?Reason for this question is, some inbox providers display emails differently due to how they  interpret HTML code. If you’re looking to test emails on all different devices and different inbox providers, a good way is checking on an email testing and rendering tool which will show you exactly how the emails are displaying on all different devices. A tool like Email on Acid will help you greatly in optimizing your emails.

Email Flow is not sending

Hi @roorji What Bobi has mentioned is correct.There is a way to send emails to these subscribers though, what you can do is back-populate the flow. Here is an article which will help understand this more https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779231I would choose so that all these subscribers would start at the beginning of the flow. Schedule recipients relative to when you click back-populateHope this helps :)

Email did not send but are under the "scheduling" status

Hi @eeti were you sending out campaigns?Usually when you’re sending out campaigns you have the option to schedule your campaign to be sent out at a later date. It might be worth checking the date in which is on the campaign, if its not set for today’s date it will show as “Scheduled” Hope this helps

Hi @eeti and @GusMcLean I’ve just done a test on my end and it seems to be a bug on Klaviyo’s side.As far as I know, this has been reported and Klaviyo is working on fixing it.

HI Stephen, just want to clarify.You are struggling with adding in the filters before the time delay?What can be donee though (just on assumption of the situation)1. Trigger - Fulfilled Order2. Conditional Split 1 - Properties about someone (Value name) weight_1 AND Has placed Order equals 1 60 days ago3. Conditional Split 2 -Properties about someone (Value name) weight_2 AND Has placed order equals 1 30 days ago4. Conditional Split 3 -Properties about someone (Value name) weight_3 AND Has placed order equals 1 in last 20 days agoHope this works!

Hi Stephan,If you configure the splits with the details mentioned on my previous message it will send to people based on whether they have placed an order during that period (last 30 days etc)If you add in time delays you can probably reduce your days on the conditional splits. For example instead “Has placed Order equals 1 60 days ago’ you can do “Has placed Order equals 1 55 days ago” and add a time delay of “5 days” below it so it will wait those amount of days. Here is what the layout should look like (the trigger will of course be ‘Fulfilled Order” not placed order )  Hope this helps!
