Latest Judge.me integration to show reviews on email flows

Hey @retention I tried all your troubleshooting and am still having an issue where nothing shows up. The feed is working (tested it in preview) but I’m wondering if my “content repeat” is wrong. In Judge.me’s documentation they say “Depending on the email template you use, you might need to change the item.product.id variable in the code block.” but they don’t say what I’d need to possibly change it to… any ideas here? Thanks!

Issues with Shopify POS sync

@kaila.lawrence thanks for your help! Yes the list has the expected number of profiles, and net new profiles are being added correctly. Additionally, the POS Orders segment is updating correctly, so I’m guessing the issue is with the historical data import.The mismatch between Shopify and Klaviyo is less important than the creation of the Post Purchase flow for POS purchases, which I’m still a little confused on how to pull off. Do you have any insights there?

Issues with Shopify POS sync

Hey @kaila.lawrence thanks for your reply! I switched all Shopify subscribers to populate into a “Shopify Import” list instead of my newsletter list about a week ago, and did an import of all users who are subscribed to email marketing in Shopify for historical population. This list is single opt in, since they’ve already subscribed to email marketing in Shopify, and everyone who enters is marked as “Accepts Marketing” once they’re added to the list.  Here are the conditions for the “POS Customers” segment… even if some of these customers haven’t accepted marketing, they should still show up in this segment until I add an “Accepts Marketing” condition right?

How to exclude Shopify POS sales from a post purchase flow for online sales only

Hi @Nieve, I was just wondering if you put together that POS post purchase flow, and how it went! I am trying to build a welcome series for POS signups only, and am having some trouble figuring out how to filter out everyone else. POS customers have the option to signup for email in person through our Shopify POS checkout, so I guess I would need to filter for:Enters Klaviyo via our Shopify List (not general newsletter as this is only Klaviyo forms) Has not recieved any emails prior to this flow Has placed at least one order where source = posDoes that sound right or does it seem like I’m missing something?

Radius / rounded corners for blocks

Would also really like this option, seems like all email CRMs that use the Bee editor have this option so i’m guessing it’s pretty doable.
