Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hi folks. I have submitted a query about this via email to support, but curious to see if I get any insight here without the time zone difference playing such a big factor. Essentially, we removed the sale pricing from some items in BigCommerce, returning them to their normal price. One of these items triggered the price drop notification email and I have no idea why! A secondary issue is that the same profile viewed about 5 other products that had their prices dropped enough that the flow should have been triggered, but it wasn’t. Smart sending is turned on, but I don’t see any data in the “skipped due to smart sending” section in the recipient report.  Does anyone have any insight here? Thanks! Can someone help me understand how i can integrate Klaviyo with Squarespace?

I’m guessing that the workflows involved here might be a little complex. If you’re likely to need business logic, branching and iteration, or need to include multiple external solutions, you might want to take a look at using a no-code workflow automation platform, such as Guide. Make includes not only comprehensive connectors for Klaviyo and connectors for Squarespace, but also connectors for over 1400 other components you might need, such as project management tools like Monday.com and Asana, data storage such as Google Sheets, Airtable or MySQL, or messaging tools like Slack.
