My Browse abandonment seems to not be working. Not even a couple emails sent out after two weeks

Hey Grego! I’m sorry you haven’t seen your Flow working as expected. There are a few reasons this could be.  Please check the metrics page to ensure your Viewed Product Metric (which should be the Flow Trigger) is firing. If it is, you should also check the Preview Trigger Setup view (see below) which will show you customers who will and will not qualify to enter the Flow.  If all customers in this view are not qualified to enter this Flow, there may be something wrong with your Flow or Trigger Filters. Lastly, you can check the Recipient Activity of the first email in the Flow to see if users are being Skipped for any reason. Without more information, I’m unable to troubleshoot further but feel free to reply back with any questions and I’d be happy to help!

Full Page Form (Klaviyo + Shopify)

Hey Smileyrox! This is a great question. The behavior you’re seeing is somewhat expected, unfortunately. Klaviyo’s Full Page Form/Landing Page solution uses the signup form feature to create what looks like a landing page, though it is not exactly one. Essentially the workaround Klaviyo has created will allow you to create this anchor link that a form will appear on, but this still means it’s a form and not a page itself. Since you’ve checked the form behavior and there’s no additional time delay for the form to appear, it sounds like your site speed may just be a little slower which causes the form to be delayed and the homepage to show prior to the form loading. Without investigating further, this is my hypothesis. Your options are to improve your site speed/loading times or use another landing page option like Shogun. I wouldn’t be too concerned with a short delay, however, if using the Klaviyo solution is the most efficient option for your business. I hope this helps, and good luck

Dynamic coupon expiration

Hey AmeyM — great question. Yes, the way you’d like Dynamic Coupons to work is the way that they do. When you insert the correct coupon syntax into your Flow emails, the coupon sent within the email will have a 7-day expiration from the send date of the email. The coupons you’re seeing in your Shopify Admin expired 7 days after the date listed in the coupon name (5/6 and 5/7 respectively). The Shopify/Klaviyo integration will generate codes in batches of 100 as emails are sent, which explains the “100 codes” column seen in your screenshot. These codes may have been generated if you sent yourself a Preview email. When you set your Flow Live, you will see coupons continue to generate in batches of 100 and each code sent to your customers will expire 7 days after they receive it.  Great job with this— and good luck with everything!
