Troubleshooting SMS Consent via Shopify Checkout Page

Hi @kaila.lawrence, I appreciate your comments, thank you!I did set up the double opt-in but it’s just not working for some reason and Klaviyo support have not been able to help me either, which is disappointing. I have 2 main issues that are a real problem for me.The Shopify Check Out page, as mentioned at the start of this thread. When someone check the box, (see screenshot), they should automatically be added to my SMS subscriber list. However this hasn’t been happening and it was Klaviyo Support that has cited the double opt-in as the reason why. The 2nd issue is around SMS Sign-ups. I’m well aware of the power of SMS marketing and want to use it where possible to grow my business. I already had a two-step pop-up form on my store, but wanted to reach out to all my email subscribers. I created a campaign using simple form with an incentive for subscribers to sign up to SMS alerts. However, when trying to test it, the page loaded, but not the form. Pop-Up & SMS Issues

Hello @David To, I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me. I will investigate the email double opt-in to see if this is the issue. But in relation to the SMS one not triggering, the subscriber ‘Subscribed’ after the flow was created, but the flow didn’t start.Any suggestions how to trouble-shoot this would be appreciated. BestJames

Abandon Cart Flow - Product links not working

As a new Klaviyo user, I came across this issue only yesterday, but was relieved to see I wasn’t the only one who had this issue. I edited Klaviyo’s ‘Abandoned Cart’ flow accordingly and ‘tested’ each email. I discovered the issue was only on the 2nd email and not the first, (which I didn’t realise at the time). I could see quickly what the problem was by hovering over the link and saw there was no ‘/’ (slash) after my URL. I initially added one in and tried again, but it didn’t fix it. Steps taken to fix itCopied the exact link from the 1st email into the 2nd one, however this STILL didn’t work Cloned the 1st email and then edited it accordingly and replaced the original 2nd email in Klaviyo’s Abandoned Cart Flow.I hope someone finds this useful, and Klaviyo support look into it as clearly there’s an issue somewhere. BestJames
