how does the multi Login feature work?

Hi @Paul09, welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Hopefully you can get some of the help you need here until one of your clients get onto a paid subscription.   As for the multi-login feature, simply use the same email address for either (or all your clients), and you can switch between them quickly.  See here: Here, I can switch from my “Sample Store” Klaviyo Account to my “Retention Commerce” Klaviyo Account. HI @Paul09 these would be Shopify tags that Klaviyo is pulling from your store.  Katherine  Hi, Kate! pulling from my store meaning from the orders, products, or clients tags?

Thank you! All I wanted to hear is that Klaviyo takes the tags from Shopify orders. If this is true, then this ticket can be closed! :)

NS Record Type

You might have to set it to static instead of dynamic. That way you can use the cname record.   I tried this already. Added all the requested things and pressed on “Very records” but it’s not verified. I’ve been trying since yesterday.

P.S. When I was setting up the Dynamic configuration instead of the Static one, the TXT record was immediately confirmed by Klaviyo. Now no TXT or CNAME appear as verified records.

I know it does take a while for CNAME and TXT to verify. It’s not an immediate thing. Could take a few hours.   72 hours late, nothing happened - Still Pending. Isn’t any Klaviyo Staff here to support?!

hi I  had a similar question on this as I  was trying to use post purchase flow for previous orders and marked the tag in shopify but I  am getting this issue. does anyone know why?   Hi Suraj, this is most likely because you’re trying to add profiles that don’t have the tag “postpurchase” in it.
