How can I automatically remove profiles that don't accept Marketing?

I wonder why a company that makes money by the profile doesn’t allow you to automatically delete profiles like every other email platform I’ve ever worked on

It is crazy that such a basic feature is still missing! It’s literally just a few text boxes to add to the editor! Every other platform I’ve heard of supports this

Segment don't refresh

I want people to be sent an email when they meet the criteria of a segment after submitting a popup, I do not want to create a new list (which is faster) to accomplish the same thing. In testing this is taking somewhere between 8-20 minutes, really when someone is created the platform should process a person through all the segments at the time of creation.It’s not a refresh issue

Can flows be created with segment or list with customers already sitting in those list and still trigger?

I’m doing something similar but using properties in flow to assign them to be in a segment next time, in theory I could build 100 segments/properties to get someone to go in again and again but it’s a silly workaround. I think the best solution is to not use the popups in Klaviyo and use another platform and the API to create a metric event which can be used again and again in a flow

Can flows be created with segment or list with customers already sitting in those list and still trigger?

This is the most annoying BUG in Klaviyo “users can only go through a list-triggered or segment-triggered flow once”, why is the platform so restrictive, I want people who submit a popup to go through a flow every, single, time… I thought I could get round this nonsense by adding and then removing them from segments but I’m honestly struggling here.

Segment don't refresh

Segments do not update in real-time. I have a segment that is only looking to see if a property has a value, 15 minutes later and the segment still has not updated with a new record that meets the criteria.I was hoping to use this to trigger a flow but as it needs to be instant a segment won’t work

How do I use "Today's Date" in show/hide logic?

Dear lord there are some pretty basic features missing in Klaviyo, I’ve never even heard of an email  platform that can’t show newsletter content based on if date is in the last 7 days. I’m going to have to create a flow just to set and unset properties just to do something this basic *sigh*

Split Test Campaign By Segment

Hi Gabrielle, It really is as simple as sending at different times based on US state timezones, with different content for each state and being able to test. We currently accomplish this by sending multiple campaigns but this is a very long process. Thanks,Charles

Oh...so we can’t do any testing when sending in a recipients timezone? That’s not brilliant, are there any kind of workarounds for that? Is it possible to split content dynamically inside of the template to be shown to 50% of people as a workaround?

Split Test Campaign By Segment

Hi Gabrielle, To clarify this is not for the purpose of testing, we have customers across the US, they live in different time zones and there are different products for different states. Right now we are creating multiple campaigns to send for the different time zones and then populating each with the products of that state. The product population can be done through dynamic content so that isn’t an issue, but we want a way of sending at different times (not for testing) to different segments without having to create multiple campaigns for every single send. Thanks,Charles
