Abandon Cart Email Template

Sorry, that's my fault, I mistyped in the OP. I meant editing the abandoned cart email. The email comes with a built out dynamic content block that pulls what the customer had in the cart. The email as it exists in the flow uses the classical editor. Is it possible to get a version of it that can be edited in the new email editor?Thank you!

Merge Fields & Okendo Review Body

Looking into this further, my guess is that the issue may not be new, we've just only recently been told by a customer.If the event that's triggering the flow is Eligible for a Review Request, and the event that the event variable lives in is Created Okendo Review, then that event variable wouldn't have fired, correct?I created a new flow triggered by Created Okendo Review and the review body seems to be showing fine.

Hi, apologies for raising a dead thread but I figured it'd be better to keep it in one place.Is there any reason the syntax for the merge code would have changed within the past 2 weeks? We're using {{ event|lookup:'Review Body' }} within the Okendo flow itself.Starting about 2 weeks ago, customers have been telling us that the event variable is displaying “none.” (They only get the email with the event variable if they meet the condition of having left a 4 or 5 star review.)Thank you!

Klaviyo Event Tracking, Form Opened, & Bounce Rates

Hi David, Thank you. I did remove the form listener tracking that I pulled from: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077027-How-to-Configure-Google-Analytics-Goal-Tracking-for-a-Signup-Form It seems to have “fixed” the issue. It must be, like you said, an interaction between the Klaviyo event and the Blackcrow event. Thank you, Jonathan

Klaviyo Event Tracking, Form Opened, & Bounce Rates

Just wanted to update with an additional data point:  These event actions started to be collected that same day.I don't recall adding any form of tracking on that day for Klaviyo, was there a back-end change to how the form tracking implemented through GTM works?Or, if that is a specific form of tracking that would cause that, what would it be so I can hunt it down?Thank you!

Is it possible to segment by single and double opt-in?

This is probably the wrong place for it, but it's related -- would I be able to request a call with an account rep to take us through the double opt-in requirements? Specifically, more so for our director of marketing and our acquisition specialist to better understand what we need to do.

Hi Dov,Thank you! That makes sense.The reason I ask is because we got Klaviyo's email about requiring double opt-in for from checkout emails from Shopify. I know it gives the option to change the list to single opt-in, but we're wondering what the drawbacks/benefits are of transitioning to double opt-in (other than a sizeable list reduction due to drop off between opt-ins).Thank you,Jonathan

Thank you! That answer is perfect.Would it be possible to segment those who have gone through the flow to separate those who are past 90 days so I can send them the email in a separate one-off?
