How to UPDATE opt outs via CSV?

To manually unsubscribe opt-outs, you’ll have to upload that CSV into the Profiles > Suppressed Profiles section.

Welcome Email/Emails/Flows

Hi @Shonda There are a few ways you can see what emails have been sent - and to whom.I would first go into the Welcome Flow and click on View Analytics for the 1st email in the flow.Once you’re inside the View analytics dashboard, you will see a section to view all recipients of that 1st email. You can see who received your flow email. You can also look at “Skipped Email” section to see who didn’t receive your email and why. Likely it has something to do with your flow filters if too many people received your email than expected. If you just imported all your customers into your Main Newsletter list AFTER you created and set the flow live - then likely what could have happened is that Klaviyo saw all those customers as “new” subscribers to your newsletter list, and therefore they qualified to receive the Welcome flow. Usually what you want to do in this case is put a filter in the flow that says “Placed Order Zero times” and any customers will be skipped for the Welcome Email.

Where do I put the Code Snippet in my store to Embed a Subscriber page in shopify?

@arabellababy if you don’t want to use the Klaviyo subscribe page as Taylor has it, then you should also be able to just copy/paste your Klaviyo embed code into your Shopify page. Depending on your Shopify theme, you first have to create a new theme liquid template. I usually create one called page.landing-page.liquid then paste the Klaviyo embed snippet there. Then which you can go back into your page and select that new page as your template. The form will then appear on it’s own url.There’s more options you can do to customize the page, but at basic form this works. It’s just another way to do it if you don’t have a specific landing page builder or dev person to create for you. Create the template in Shopify:

Why are my Emails getting clipped in Gmail?

Hi Cristina, Tricky to say what may be causing the issue, but generally when you see the “message clipped” notice in your inbox it means the overall email size is too large (this means the entire HTML size, this includes text, images, everything). Gmail has an email size limit of 102KB for each email message so you want to make sure you stay under that. There’s a way to check your email template file size by downloading your email as a file, then checking in your downloads folder to see the file size.  But in general, you may want to have a look at the images that you are uploading into the email and compress each of them to smaller files sizes. The other thing that you may need to do is input a fixed width inside Klaviyo for all your images. I usually input out 600px for any images that I want to show full screen in email, and go smaller if I want it to appear smaller/half screen. Checking if email campaign has sent correctly

You should be able to open up that campaign by clicking on it, then after you’ve given it some time to collect analytics, you will be able to see some data and determine if everything went out OK.This example and the arrows show where I typically look to check that a successful delivery took place. 1- Look to see that it sent to all the recipients that you intended 2- Check open rates vs. total recipients 3 - Check for Successful Deliveries  Hope that helps!

Sign up form not collecting into Welcome List although its showing 34 submitted I don't know where to find them?

They should go automatically onto the list that you chose it to go to when you set up your sign up form. In your sign up form editor, if you click on the the Button that users have to click to submit their email, what “List” do you have them going to? See my screenshot below.  That’s the list that those subscribers should be going to.But if you’re not seeing them there yet, it could be possible that you have Double Opt-In turned on in that list settings. If that’s the case, then it’s possible that those people haven’t clicked confirm on the confirmation email that was sent to them. But usually you’d see at least a couple of people go through by now. There could be a number of reasons, but I’d start here…. hope that helps as a start!

How to restrict 'flow' emails to a specific source

Yes - You can do that with Flow Filters.I do this with several of my clients in order to keep one master list, while having multiple sources of subscriber entry. You just have to make sure that you label your $source in your popups, etc. If you’re using Klaviyo for popups then it’s easy as that automatically pulls data to Klaviyo’s $source field. If you’re using a 3rd party like JustUno, then you just have to create the $source field and tell JustUno to send that data over to Klaviyo.  Here’s an example of 2 separate flows that trigger when people subscribe to the same list. However, depending on which $source they came from they will go into the respective flows. Or skip the slows depending on your goal.  In the last screenshot, you’ll see where I used Klaviyo’s embed form to label the $source field as “shopify footer”
