New text formatting

Thank you saulblum, I am very happy to provide it.I was working in Campaigns.  Coming back to it today, for whatever reason the process is working better (maybe it’s me) although I am still at a loss why you would make such a change.  Despite the slightly better experience it is still frustrating.If Klaviyo is committed to it, which I presume you are, at least make the formatting interface moveable and fixable in a location of my choice so I have control over it’s location to suit my needs  and I know where it will always be.  That is, intuitive for me!In summary - I HAVE to double click text to have access to text.  I can’t just highlight a sentence to delete or alter it. Moving the cursor, the interface can also just disappear until I double click. If I want to copy text from one area to another, immediately adjacent, it potentially hides the other text region.  I can also often can run my cursor over it and it shifts location. Its like it is dodging around while I try and locate it!

"Reimagined" Flows Page AKA New Flows Expereince

Thank you Jason.  I have been so surprised no-one else has mentioned it.  It’s been a month now. It is just terrible and disappointing and now that it has been forced on us with no real explanation I feel at the effect of some people with no user experience.  But sigh - as no-one else is saying anything, it must just be us

Abandoned Cart with Stripe

Thanks Brian.  This is very helpful.Regarding the ‘native connection’ I was referring to the Klaviyo article here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082267-How-to-Integrate-with-Stripe#the-stripe-metrics6 and had taken failed payment to be that the card did not work.  However, you haave provided some extra clarity.  Thanks!

How Klaviyo Treats iOS Opens

Hello Stephen and thank you for you opening welcome.  I must admit this had taken so long for a response I had forgotten I had written it, although the question was still on my mind.Thank you also for your excellent answer.  As the number of clicks are significantly less than opens it doesn't entirely solve the problem but, as you can say there is little we can do about it except potentially annoy the recipients.Thanks again,Paul

Replacing existing email in flow

Hello @PaulyB, One suggestion if you did not want to lose the existing analytics for the “DNO Welcome series, Email 1” email would be to add in the replacement email either directly above or after the “DNO Welcome series, Email 1” email without a time delay and set the “DNO Welcome series, Email 1” email to Draft mode. Since the “DNO Welcome series, Email 1” email would be in Draft mode and not deleted, contacts who reach this email step would be skipped over and continue onto the next step of the flow; thus retaining the analytics of this email.  David - thanks for this very useful observation.  It has been so long since I had looked at this issue I had thought the reply was late but now I have caught up with it, that is a great point for future occasions.Thanks!  Paul

Replacing existing email in flow

Thank you for your help @caroline.  As it turns out it looks like the flow is working normally without any extra action.  I am relieved to see this.Nevertheless I have added a pic.  The new email I added, deleting the original is the “DNO Welcome series. Email 1”.  Having been through this process I am assuming that if I did the same thing again, assuming the Conditional Split was in place, replacing the email wouldnt matter (except I’d lose the stats.Hope this makes sense.
