Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

Hey @StefanUE, I will try Shift4Shop again, but I was told that the actual script was developed by Klaviyo.There definitely is no product duplication.Thanks again.

Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

Hey @StefanUE,I didn't notice that.I checked all the 10 previews that are in the flow and it seems that every second one is duplicated. The one that doesn’t show the product or full event details, also doesn't show the tax added either.My integration is with Shift4Shop, and not shopify, and unfortunately I am still on the free plan, so I can't get Klaviyo support to help me. Thanks,

Dynamic Image Not Showing in Browse Abandonment Email

Hi @Taylor Tarpley, My script was fixed today, and so far it seems to be almost working on the Browse Abandonment Flow, with one exception.I have tested it through preview mode and email tests. While some have populated and others haven’t.The strange thing is, the ones that have populated are not registered customers, or had their profiles registered before. Some of the ones that are registered with a profile, or have been on the site before, are not fully populating. They all have emails as well.What could be causing this?Thanks again.

Hi @Taylor Tarpley, Thanks for seeing this.I had put the new script in, but for some reason it is not saving, so I have contacted Shift4Shop, as there seems to be a problem on their side.I will update you when rectified. Thanks again.

Hi @Taylor Tarpley , Below is my original code that was installed by Klaviyo support over 2 years ago. Flow Template Limited - Free Plan

Hi @Taylor Tarpley , My integration is working fine and my scripts are all firing according to Klaviyo. I can’t see any errors anywhere.The “Added To Cart” script was actually setup and tested by Klaviyo Support, and also has no errors.Even if the scripts weren’t setup properly, would this stop me from seeing the templates?My issue is not the scripts/integration. The issue is that I can no longer access/see any of the standard flows/email templates that are available to all plans.I have used some templates in the past, but can no longer see them. See the image above. These are the only flows that show, and even some of those are not available as they have “0 flows” in them.There obviously must be something wrong with my account somewhere. I am setup as the Owner, so I have full access.With regard to my similar thread, I was looking for external reputable Klaviyo templates that I could use, as I couldn’t access what I needed from my account, and I needed to get started on my project. Th

Excluding Customer Groups in Flows

Hey @retention , Thanks for the reply.I worked out the problem. There are duplicate Values in the Property.Some have a space after the Group name and some don’t.Do you know if it is possible to delete values from a property? I can’t seem to find this anywhere. Thanks again.

How to find Browse Abandonment and Added To Cart Templates on free account?

Hi @Taylor Tarpley, Thanks you your reply.As I mentioned earlier in my email, I am unable to access any; Browse Abandonment or Abandoned Cart, Flows or Emails. Neither through the flows or templates section.I do have 1 Abandon Cart Flow/Email that I had setup over a year ago, before Klaviyo made changes to the platform and plan access.I have done several of the Klaviyo courses including Flows, I will look at the others you recommend.It seems that my account has some kind of restriction on it, being a free account.Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Flow Template Limited - Free Plan

Sorry but not sure how to edit my previous post if possible.I have also just noticed that I can't access certain Email Templates from my library, such as anything to do with Browse Abandonment, Added To Cart, etc. Which means I have to try to manually setup these emails too.Same with the flows, no access to Added to Cart flows, etc., as per my previous image.As I am on the Free plan currently, I have no access to Klaviyo support in any way. Which I must say is very disappointing.Thanks again.

Hi @In the Inbox , Thanks for your reply, but as I mentioned, I only have a limited selection of flows to choose from. If I search for Browse Abandonment, it doesn’t even show up.My integration is working fine, but I am with Shift4Shop, not shopify.See the image of my available flows in the library.Thanks
