Where to set up view web tracking code?

Hello @forman, From your screenshots, it looks like you may be using a Shopify 2.0 theme. Shopify 2.0 was introduced to allow developers more freedom to edit code in JSON instead of Liquid template theme files within Shopify. The main difference you'll face after upgrading to a Shopify 2.0 is that most of the features now rely on JSON templates.  When using a Shopify 2.0 theme, unlike the default method of installing the Viewed Product code within a theme’s product.liquid file, you’ll need to add the code snippet via a Custom Liquid block. You can find instructions for installing the Viewed Product metric code for a Shopify 2.0 theme under the How to Add Viewed Product Tracking - For Shopify 2.0 Themes subsection of the Guide to Integrating with Shopify Help Center article. How Many Fall Back Fonts Should I use?

Thanks, Taylor for the quick reply!So it seems that I should only pick one web-safe fall back font, and that fall back font should be already supported by Klayvio.I’m still having an issue getting my custom font to render. Recorded a 2 min Loom video showing my situation and issue. Could you please advise? Essentially the custom font code is not saving and is getting replaced with something else whenever I enter in my text. And I cannot see my custom font Poppins.Thanks! This is the code I’m using with Poppins as my custom font, and Klayvio supported New York as the fall back. Custom Font Code<style type="text/css">@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Poppins&display=swap');  p, h1, h2, h3, h4, ol, li, ul { font-family: Poppins, New York,  sans-serif; }</style> Thanks!

Shopify Footer Newsletter Sign up - not in Klaviyo

Hi @Diana123, Thank you for sharing your question with us in the community. Can you check if double-opt in is enabled? This is the default setting in Klaviyo. If it is, the user will receive a confirmation email (and need to confirm their subscription via that email) before being added to the Newsletter list. I recommend testing the footer yourself and checking for the confirmation email, if your email address is already subscribed you can use an alias i.e. youremail+123@gmail.com to trigger a net-new confirmation email. If you do not see a double opt-in email, after filling out the Shopify form, have a look at the “Shopify Tags” property under “Custom Properties” on your profile. There should be a tag here for “newsletter”. If not, you may have to add it into the Shopify liquid code. More information can be found on this here. Shopify Footer Newsletter Sign up - not in Klaviyo

Hi  Hi Trish, You will also need to enable the Shopify integration setting (shown below) to re-route your Shopify forms to a list in Klaviyo. Have you done this already? Best, Julie Hi Julie,  I have a footer on my Shopify store that some people have submitted their emails. The emails are showing up as profiles in Klaviyo but are not migrating to the Newsletter. How Can I Adding Multiple (4) Google Fonts to an Email Template?

Hi there - I have the same question as Arnaud. Can someone please help? I’d like to use two different font weights for the Google font Poppins: Regular and Semi-BoldThis is the import URL.https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Poppins:wght@400;600&display=swap I’d like to use Regular for my paragraph and Semi-Bold for my headings. This is the source code I’m using per the instructions in previous posts. I included this source code as the first text box in my template.
