Emails going to spam in Hotmail

I am having the same issue with a client account right now too, not all of our emails go to spam for hotmail but the only spam complaints we have are Hotmail/outlook users. wondering if the others managed to solve the issue eventually??

Hey @chelsgrove, was searching for this very topic and saw your thread as I’m working with a client who's really just starting out and isn’t in the position to run paid ads or paid traffic to her site (which is how I grew my own list very quickly) and was asking for some ideas. Have you had any nuggets of wisdom since you started this thread?Some ideas I’ve come across…Putting your sale/outlet section on your website behind a sign up form to get sign ups in order to access the collection QR codes on leaflets and poster at in-person events and markets Scratch cards with offers to hand out at events, where they need to sign up for email to redeem the offer Value blog posts and articles with sign up forms inside them Pinterest organic pins with digital download in return for email addressWould love any other ideas if you have some! X

How to track which links are clicked on an email

Thanks so much @Omar, that’s exactly it. More work but I think it’s interesting to know which links take people to the site to go on and purchase. Would be interesting to have HotJar... but for emails!Really appreciate you taking the time to reply,-Katie

ATC abandoned cart flow AND Started Checkout?

Thanks so much, that makes not to have both so will stick to the Add To Cart trigger as it funnels more people through the flow. 🙌

Currency showing as "£pound;" and not "£"

@Orli Technical Hey Orli, I just wanted to follow up on this as I don't think either of us got it resolved 100%. I decided to just remove the price for this email and leave it with just showing the product title that’s linked to what they were browsing. For some client accounts it works fine for me, others not, so not sure what the fix is but thought I’d let you know what I decided to do in the end.-Katie

Hey @stephen.trumble Thanks so much for this reply. Do you know what I should be updating for the Viewed Product code in Shopify in order for it to pull through the currency correctly? I installed it on this 2.0 Dawn theme using this tutorial: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080407#for-shopify-2-0-themes13Have I missed something?-Katie

Currency showing as "£pound;" and not "£"

I’m having a similar issue with a client account, this is what’s showing on the preview email… and what is showing in the email editor. Both the email style is set to GBP and the account currency. I’m using the old editor for this one. Any ideas?
