If I delete an order from wordpress, do I need to delete it in Klaviyo?

Thanks for the comprehensive answer.I was not aware of the Klaviyo course but I meant that I am running various tests and studying this magnificent Klaviyo on my own doing many tests myself. In fact, thanks to the free subscription of 250 contacts, I am having the opportunity to get to know Klaviyo better and I must be honest that I can't wait to pay the PRO version to get serious because I see that it allows you to build a very powerful sales machine .. Thank you for sharing me out about the Academy, that I will definitely register and study everything that is possible with Klaviyo!I'm loving Klaviyo so much for what it can do ... thanks again!

Thank you so much for your response and availability ... I have already tried that feature but it doesn't work, despite the trigger telling me that a profile is compliant with the rules. What is the difference between these two options?  thanks again...

Segment don't refresh

As it says in this documentation that you shared with me (Segments with Relative Time Conditions), I believe that the problem is due to the fact that I had to wait 24 hours because the segment defines users who have not done any action in the last hour.So the user probably entered into the segment and immediately exited after taking an action on the site. And after an hour, having to re-enter the segment, we had to wait 24 hours. Thanks to your documentation that you have shared to me I have studied a lot and I have understood very well how segments and flows that are activated by segments work I hope this is the reason 🙂 if anyone can confirm it it would be great!
