Flow filter based on $source

Hi, I’d like to filter a flow depending on how (through which form) someone signed up. This is the first welcome flow I created (following the instructions in  this Klaviyo article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034336572-How-to-Use-Signup-Forms-to-Offer-Tiered-Discounts ) I obv still have to write all emails and possibly rejoin them for the 2nd and 3rd email. People who will receive this welcome flow are those who signed up through a “sign up to our email list” pop-up.  I would also like to create an exit intent pop-up sign up form. Then I’m also gonna create a Instagram Landing page sign up form….2 Versions each (one for customers based in the EU and one for NON-EU) People will receive different emails depending on how they signed up. Instead of trying to put them all in that same email welcome flow from the screenshot above, I thought it might be less confusing for me to just create two more email welcome flows.  So I was thinking I could create a flow filter based on

Newsletter preference email. Success page

Hi Klaviyo Community! I’m stuck on something and hoping someone here could help out or point me to the right tutorial. In one of my post-purchase email I’m including buttons for people to choose what type /how many emails they would like to receive. I followed Klaviyos help article and for the URL for the button I used: {% update_property_link 'emailpreference' 'all' 'redirect_link' %}I understand that by clicking the button their preferences gets updated and they will be redirected to another page for example a “success!“ page.I’ve now created a form in klaviyo which looks like a success page.My question is how can I direct the person to that form? I mean, how/where can I find that forms’ URL to put into the 'redirect_link' part of the button URL? Thanks in advance :)

"newsletter sign up form" in post purchase email

Once again I’m turning to the always reliable and helpful KLaviyo community =) Is there a way that someone can sign up to my email list directly in a email I send them? So I’d like to add an email to my post-purchase email flow that invites people who have not yet signed up to my email list, to sign up.I’d like for them to be able to sign up directly in the email they receive. So they don’t have to go to my website to sign up but can do it directly in the email.Ideally there should be an empty field where they can type their email adress and a button that says “sign up” or “submit” or something like that. So in a way I’d like to “integrate” a sign up form into the email.  is that possible?  Or if that’s not possible and since I already have their email adress, maybe alternatively I could instead add two buttons to the email, “sign up” and “don’t sign up”Then those buttons would have to collect that information (yes/no) about those customers and add them to corresponding lists/ segments

Learning about conditional splits

I would love someone to look over my setting and let me know if I achieved my goal.It’s an abandoned cart email flow.I would like to add a discount code in the email that goes to people who have never placed an order before and have not signed up to my email newsletter (and have therefore not ever received a discount code.)Those who HAVE signed up already (and have therefore already received a discount code in a separate email) should receive an email that does not include any discount codes.I used klaviyos template and added a conditional split under the trigger. That conditional split has the following settings:Has placed order 0 times over all times AND is not in newsletter list.“Yes” leads to the email that includes the code. “No” leads to the email that does not include a code.Did I set this up correctly?Please have a look at the screenshot below.If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve this, please do. not hesitate to share with me.(also: does “No” under a conditional spli

Welcome flow

HI everyone I set up my welcome flow following the instructions in this articel: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034336572-How-to-Use-Signup-Forms-to-Offer-Tiered-DiscountsThis way, when people sign up through my website pop-ups, I can give different discount codes depending on their past behavior. (20% -15% - 10% and 0%)But now I would  like to create an instagram landing page that gives the same amount of discount regardless of peoples past behavior. And I would like to send them down the same welcome flow (the 20% path to be exact) Is there a way I could achieve this? Or do I have to create a separate welcome flow for them? I was thinking of adding another filter to the first conditional split… maybe “properties about someone” “consent_form_Id” “equals” “my Instagram sign up form”  but I’m not sure how that would work in combination with the current conditional split-set up…. ?thanks in advance

Filter a single flow email

Hi everyone! I’d like to filter a single email in my flow based on wether someone has received this same email in the past, but it’s an email from a different flow (with the exact same content) Is that even possible?I’ve read https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779091-How-to-add-an-additional-filter-to-a-single-flow-emailBut I still have some questions:I can see the option to add a filter to the email like this: *Has not received this email* (*skip anyone who has received this message* *at any time*). What are the requirements for klaviyo to recognize that it is the same email as from the other flow? P.s. It is a brand story/educational email from my welcome flow, which I would like to be send in my post-purchase flow to those who have not received this email in the past.

Double-checking conditional split

In a flow that was triggered by “placed order”Further down I have a conditional split “Has placed order at least once since starting this flow”Does that include the order that triggered that flow? I want to send the following email depending on wether they have placed ANOTHER purchase since entering this flow.I’m assuming this conditional split configuration would only include those who have placed yet another order after entering this flow but I’d just like to double-check  Thanks

Best approach for multiple languages

Hi there!I’ve read through some posts from 2 years ago on how best set up your klaviyo flows when you serve customers of different languages. Like the user in this post:  said: -”Add Conditional Splits to Each Flows Based on Language Variable... would add complexity to the Flow with lots of branches to manage ….  at 5 languages, flows could have 10s of elements in a flow, just to maintain the similar logic for different languages... it honestly just sounds like a support nightmare…. “ I currently have 3 languages but am planning to add more (since my store is located in europe, there are many more languages spoken here) Therefore I was thinking of creating one list per language as one user suggested in this post: To me this sounds like the simplest solution to me. Since I am still at the beginning of building my email list, I would not have to worry about moving current subscribers from one list to another.But, in these posts there was also mentioned that Klaviyo is working on new feat
