Do I always need email field in pop-ups?

Hello Klaviyo community,I have a doubt how we can collect data from existing customers via forms. We want to set up a pop-up to collect preferences about a new product release that will only be showed only to customers or people that are already in our email lists. Since we have already their email address I can omit to add the email field on the form? Klaviyo is able to detect who submitting the form and add answers into respective custom fields? I would like to keep the forms as simple and straightforward as possible to maximize the submissions, and I feel making people that are already subscribed submit their email address again will turn out to be an high-friction point. Thanks in advance for the help! Best,Jacopo

We are still collecting data for this campaign message.

Hello Klaviyo community,I’m experiencing a little “problem” on a clients accounts. We sent out a campaign to our main subscriber list still after 24h that the campaign have been sent I cannot see any of the campaign analytics.When I open the campaign overview tab a massage says “We are still collecting data for this campaign.” See screenshot below. It may happen sometimes or do you think there’s something going on with the tracking code? On the integrations setting everything seems ok.

Can I publish forms on my WP site while already having my Shopify store connected?

Hello everybody,I have a client of mine that have 2 websites:A Shopify store for her ecommerce A wordpress site used as a blogThe main website is the WordPress site and she recently created a subdomain where she linked her Shopify store.I’ve done the integration for the Shopify store without any problem and everything is working smoothly. For the WordPress site we’re using Active Campaign at the moment but soon we’ll switch to Klaviyo as well. Can someone help me clarify these doubts?Is it possible to add a javascript code to WordPress and showcase sign ups form on both websites? If yes, will it work also on Elementor sign up forms? There’s a way to add a tracking code for the visitor activities on WordPress and have the data stored on the same Klaviyo account? We would love to segment our audience based on what they read on the blogThanks in advance. Best,Jacopo
