Is a seperate list for all suppressed profiles a good idea?

Hi Klaviyo community, We have one main email list called “Newseltter” that counts 15.195 profiles. Out of these 4.185 profiles are suppressed. I know they don’t do any harm there, and that I should not delete these profiles. However, I would like to move all suppressed profiles to a separate list, so the “Newsletter” list is more clean. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t do that? Best Emil

How do I edit the currency in the price drop module?

Hi Klaviyo Community, I have created a price drop flow and set it to manual status, when I review the mail everything looks perfect except for one thing, it shows the wrong currency (dollars) I need to change this to Danish Krones (kr.). I know this happens because I copied the module from Klaviyo’s price drop template. FYI: the rest of the mail is showing the right currency (kr.) as the account settings is set to Danish Krones (so it’s not that).

How do I properly update the segment that triggers my VIP flow?

I wish to update the segment that triggers my VIP-flow. I'm aware that if I update the segment, subscribers that meet the new segment criteria will not automatically trigger the flow. I need to back populate the flow. But how do I make sure that subscribers who already went through my VIP-flow, don't go through it again then?

Back-populating flow issue

Hi :) Yesterday I back-populated my VIP-flow, and clicked the “Schedule for each step relative to when I click the back-populate button”. Then the subscribers where supposed to, receive the first e-mail in the flow this morning at 09.00 am. And yesterday everything looked fine, all the subscribers appeared in “waiting” at the first email in the flow. However, when I just checked the flow, non-of the subscribers have received the first mail (nor does it say they were skipped), but now they appear in “waiting” on the second mail of the flow???? (I turned the flow off, now to make sure they don’t receive the second mail).

Subscribers are joining in the middle of my Birthday countdown flow - how do I avoid that?

Hi :) I have created a Birthday countdown flow, that starts 2 weeks before a persons birthday. The first mail in the flow contains an early birthday discount. 1 week before a persons birthday, they will recieve an email that reminds them to use their birthday discount. The problem is I noticed a lot of the subscribers doesn’t receive the first email, but only the second email (the reminder). I guess it must be because, when they sign up and add their birthday there is already less the 2 weeks untill their birthday, which is why the first email is not sent to them? How do I avoid this problem?
