New text formatting

Am I the only one that finds the new position of the text formatting box absolutely maddening?  Why did it have to be moved from the side?.  I am finding the process of creating an email mind numbingly frustrating, so much that I have stopped what I am doing to write this.How it is possible to edit an existing text without the newly positioned formatting box jumping all over the text I am trying to write? I honestly am this close to leaving Klaviyo especially after some of the other unfriendly changes...

"Reimagined" Flows Page AKA New Flows Expereince

Hello all.I came here looking for a discussion about the new flows ‘experience’ which is going to be mandatory to use late Jan. I am sorry if this is in the incorrect forum.Am I the only person who just hates it - enough to want me to move from Klaviyo (which would be ugly)?  I am honestly struggling to find any redeeming benefit and I am just amazed I cant find any other conversation about it.  So you understand, here are just some of my issues…In general terms I love all Klaviyo does and  I am sure there were some important technical backend functions that have been implemented but why the interface?   I am using a Mac laptop and can not tab up and down with the keys or scroll with the scrollbar (because this whopping info window is now dominating the RHS of the page). Its also not available when the RH info boxes are not there.   The current flow shows colour and variation for each of the functions.  I see immediately what is what, based on colour. It is next to impossible to distin

Abandoned Cart with Stripe

Hello.  I have successfully integrated Klaviyo and Stripe and am amazed to see that there is no native Abandoned Cart.  Perhaps because Stripe is not the interface for the actual purchase?Anyway - I have been trying to figure out a work around but have failed.  Does anyone have a solution?  Note - I mean abandoned cart, not a failed transaction because the card hasn’t worked.Thanks! Paul

Conecting to 10XPro (KLEQ)

Good day.I realise that Klaviyo cannot connect directly with 10X Pro (now called KLEQ) but I do not see that I can connect them at all even using Zapier.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thanks! Paul

How Klaviyo Treats iOS Opens

After two years of coming to grips with Klaviyo I noticed something new today! Always exciting. This post/question is driven by the desire to be in a position where I can elegantly sift out sending emails to those that do not open over an extended period.Today, I realised that emails being viewed (at least in iPhone) are not registered as open, in Klaviyo, until the images are downloaded.So, this means that if a recipient’s phone is set to not “Load Remote Images” in the settings, like mine is, Klaviyo does not show that the article has been opened, even though it could have been fully read without downloading.  Once the images are downloaded, Klaviyo registers the openThere may be something in the Klaviyo resources but I haven’t spotted it, if there is. I don’t know if this is part of the iOS changes or not but, either way it is an issue because if I am sending follow ups to those that Did Not Open the first, some users are unnecessarily getting two emails. That would drive me crazy!S

Replacing existing email in flow

Hello.First time post although I have been with Klaviyo for nearly a year.I made the mistake today of completely replacing a single email in a flow, removing the original.  From memory I THINK that means that emails will come to a screaming halt when people are tracking through the flow.I think I have to clone the whole flow to get it working again.  Am I correct or will the visitors flow through?.  This email is preceded with a Conditional Split.I hope this is enough info.Thanks!
