Klaviyo revenue reporting vs Shopify revenue reporting

Hi community,I have a question why I am seeing big difference between Klaviyo campaign and flows revenue in comparison to Shopify over 30 days.I have my Klaviyo attribution set to 10 days and I am seeing a big difference. Shopify Top Channel Performance below:Klaviyo Campaign and Flow 30 days report below:

Can't see this email? {% web_view 'Open in your browser' %} .

Just a question that I cannot find in any other resources.Does anyone know how the variable below is used? Do the campaign or flow need to be active before it is able to link to a URL that opens the browser. I am just getting a placeholder when I test this variable. Bearing in mind the template I am using is is not published and I am on a free version.Can't see this email? {% web_view 'Open in your browser' %} . Thanks for your help in advance.Paul

kleanifyapp.xyz bounce rate reporting

One of my clients has been emailed by a company called kleanifyapp.xyz. They are saying to my client to check the bounce rate to make sure they are at benchmark but my questions is how did they get his email address and how to they know he has a Klaviyo account?

Instagram feed showing a posted reel as a different size to other posted videos

I am wondering if anyone has had the same issue with a posted reel showing as a portrait rectangle opposed to the standard square images of a post. The feed has other videos in the post that are square in the template feed but the posted reel is displaying as a portrait rectangle. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks in advance. Paul

Segment by product order number

Hi Community,I have a client who provides Gift Vouchers to purchase online. We would like to be able to send an email to a customer who has purchased a Gift Voucher and use the product order number as the unique ID so when the customer receives the email it has the product order number in the emailCan I create a segment that can trigger an email to be sent to the customer when they purchase the Gift Voucher that has the product order number in the email? Like an order confirmation email only its showing as a Gift Voucher.The unique ID has to be the order number as their system is set to match that to the Gift Voucher

Show related products as a cross sell

I am building a Cross Sell template and I would like to show a profile a selection of products they have not purchased before. Is there a way to do this. Its a Shopify platform. I want to send this email as a Win Back email and I want to set up a dynamic product block to show the products. Can I use data from the profile page for each customers or is there some other way to do this? Thanks for any comments that can help.

Best Shopify App for Facebook and Instagram sync with Klaviyo

Does anyone know what is the best app integration that syncs data from Shopify into Klaviyo so I can use the Facebook Advertising Integration so I can sync lists and segments to Facebook as Custom Audiences and Lookalike audiences?
