New Customer Profile UI Feedback

Hey folks, just wanted to give some feedback and thoughts on the new customer profile UI that is rolling out next week.There seems to be a lot of dead space on the page that could be better used for conveying information. As it is now, there is a bunch of blank area around the main details and even within them, while the activity log is crammed over into the side:Activity log was very helpful for me to see what emails certain profiles were getting, but now there’s a lot more scrolling I’ll have to do than with the old UI. For my use, it was generally one of the most important parts of seeing a profile, though I know that might not be the case for everyone. Still, I’d like to see if have more space, perhaps by condensing some of those dead spaces on the page. (Side note, seeing emails with their headlines was wayyyy more convenient than seeing by internal title for me. Could we get an option to switch?)The switch of metrics to another tab is fine, though that was generally the second mo

UI Request: Subject line emoji button

Hello!When creating a subject line for my emails, the end portion of the line can be obscured by the emoji tool button as seen below:  This makes it hard to tell if I’ve misspelled a word at the end there. (Probably means my subject line is too long to begin with too 😂)As a UI request, I think it’d be better if the emoji button appeared outside the box.-Max

Signup Form Drop Off Point?

Might be a silly question, but is there a way to see where users exit during the form filling process?I’m A/B testing some forms right now and they have an email capture step that leads into a profile enrichment step (First and Last name, Product type interests) that leads into a success page. I wonder if having the profile enrichment step causes users to drop off at all. It’d be a cool feature to see if something like that isn’t possible yet! -Max

Learn from my mistakes: Don't Get Clipped in Gmail!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been unknowingly causing a grave error… the dreaded Gmail clip. Maybe you already know about this fearful message; when an email sent to the Gmail client is too large, Google clips its appearance in the inbox, meaning recipients have to click through to see the full message! Above: This image haunts my nightmares. Not only does this shorten your email, but going through to the Gmail full email page can totally throw off your specialized formatting, maybe even making emails impossible to read. Imagine the egg on my face when I found out that the last few WEEKS of my emails were affected by this issue!Luckily, finding a problem is often the most difficult step to solving it! Klaviyo support has an excellent article here that explains why your email may be to large and steps to solve and test it!
