I'm trying to sign in to my partner account, but I'm unable to log in due to a password error. I attempted to use the "Forgot Password" option, but I haven’t received any password reset email from Klaviyo.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Can you confirm that you’ve checked all folders for the password reset email (spam, promotions, etc.)? If you have and still are unable to locate it, the best next step would be to contact partner-portal@klaviyo.com so they can assist with getting you access.
