Hola, hace una semanas quise ingresar a mi cuenta y me aparece inactiva. No entiendo por qué. Cambié la contraseña dos veces y nada. ¿Por qué pasa esto y cómo puedo recuperar mi cuenta? Es una cuenta que uso para el trabajo y es urgente. Gracias.

An account being disabled can occur for a number of reasons. The quickest way to recover it though would be to work alongside our helpful Support colleagues. Verification checks are typically the leading cause for seeing your account as disabled as I’ve explained in some of the previous Community posts on this subject:
