Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.
The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.
I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.
Can you help me solve my problem?
