Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.

The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.

I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.

Can you help me solve my problem?

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles accessing your account. Our wonderful Support Team should be able to get this sorted out!

Since you’re unable to access this other account, I would suggest requesting support via our Account Recovery Form mentioned in the Unable to Log Into Your Klaviyo Account? subsection of the How to Contact Support Help Center article. 

Keep in mind that our Support Team operates between 6 am-10 pm EST but usually get a fairly quick turnaround time!
