To be clear, you navigated to https://partners.klaviyo.com/ and clicked ‘Request an Account’ to grant your team members access and still can’t see them? This should happen immediately. Do they have the same email domain you used to join the program? 

I’d reach out to our partner support handle to help you further: partners@klaviyo.com and will pass on this feedback. A user had a similar issue because their team member didn’t have the same email domain.

Not everyone is using domain emails, I added one team member yesterday but couldn’t find that link again in dashboard.

I would recommend reaching out to our partner email handle I linked above for additional help getting these team members added in the portal.
