I am about to onboard a new client who just invited me to his account but I can’t load the Klaviyo Dashboard and I am worried.

A - they sent me a new link I am scared to open because picture B isn’t pretty too.
B - how can I fix that? Or the platform is down
Is this something I can fix myself or it is on @klaviyo’s end?
