I’ve been attempting to do a chat since 9am EST and continue to get the ‘Our Chat Team is currently offline’ message at 2pm EST.  Is anyone else having this issue? 

I did submit an email… no response.

It is for a paid account.

Interesting case because I am not seeing any outage reported so apologies for the inconvenience. I do see that you have an email / chat ticket open so I think the support team will be reaching out to follow up.
