Hi, 

I woke up today and saw our Klaviyo account had been disabled and we have no idea why.

I want to speak to support but I can’t seem to access the chat function as the account is disabled.

Can anyone shed light on why this may have happened and how to reverse it?

Oh no! Sorry to hear about this.  This happened to me once on a new account with an old email list (sent too much too soon and got really shady deliverability stats).  You can reach out to the Success Team here and learn about some of the reasons why accounts get disabled (they’re usually quick to respond):
