Hi,
I want to send an E-Mail immediately when someone fills out the lead ad. I’ve tried it with a Flow, and it works, but the E-Mail was 30 Minutes late. I turned Smart Sending off and the E-Mail was still late.
Is there any way that I can speed up the sending process?

Don't trigger the flow based on a segment or disable double opt-in and of course make sure you don't have a delay in the flow. I've not tested yet with disabling filters in a flow but I would think this might have an impact if the flow needs computing power to see if someone qualifies.
Another thing that might sometimes work faster is using Zapier and trigger based on a metric but I've not tested this approach yet.
