Hi everyone, since yesterday my account is not working. I can’t create, clone or modify an existing campaign, flow or segment.

I’ve tried reaching to customer support but it’s also not working.

Anyone is having the same issue?

Welcome to the Community and apologies for the inconvenience.

I saw that a ticket was created under your emails so I would check your inbox and spam folder since there was a response issued out.

If you cannot perform any action it could be that permissions was changed on a shared account. But to check, can you show or explain more of what issue occur when trying these actions?

i am having this issue too… how did you resolve it?


I waited like 1-2 hours and it worked again. I also sent a DM to the official Klaviyo twitter account and they created a customer support ticket but it got fixed faster.
