Anyone else not able to get a response from Klaviyo support?

Not sure if you are asking about Chat support but if yes that is probably because they are not working at this time.. Here is their work time:
- “We offer chat for customers on paid plans between 9 am–5 pm ET Monday through Friday. Free users have access to Kira, our virtual chatbot, 24/7.”
