Hi, i am unable to login into to the partner portal, or recover the password. I get a message saying to get in touch with the support. @support, can you help me out? I need to register leads ASAP
I think your best option would be to chat in with Support or email them directly.

I am having the same problem. It seems Klaviyo is using “Sales Force” for the Partner Portal and there are some very restrictive options set.
First, I cannot even see the password I typed in - so if you type in the wrong password, it seems three times, you get locked out.
Then if you try to change your password, same problem - and then if you think you have it right but it is not, there is a really dumb 24 hour restriction on trying to reset it again.
Even my bank does not have these kinds of restrictions. I have to say this past 23 hours have been very frustrating and I too, have leads to submit and one is wanting to use a different platform but am trying to convince them to use Klaviyo.
But Klaviyo and Sales Force are making this very difficult. While I understand security (have spent some time working in this field), sometimes security can be so secure, it’s just outright not workable and really does nothing except to frustrate.
Heck, there is the ability now to even send “Magic Links” to login - why could that not be implemented?
