Unable To Access My Account

Greetings Klaviyo Community,

One of my client gave me access to his Klaviyo account (I don’t know which one of the client). His account was disabled, I was not know this and by mistake I switched to his account and now I’m unable to access my own account. I’m unable to switch my account from one to another. I’m really worried about it, what should I do? Please help.  :slight_frown:

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re having login issues! 

 

Do you mind sharing the steps you’ve taken that has prevented you from switching accounts? A client’s account being disabled shouldn’t prevent you from navigating to your own account. You should be able to log out of your account, which would then prompt a login display page for you to insert the email and password of your personal account. You can also try logging into your account via an Incognito Window.
