Why am i unable to update organization contact info?

I got a new domain from .com to .co.uk so I need to update my sender email and my URL but everytime I try I get this message, It wont let me fill in the state/province/region either as that is empty and everytime I try it gives me the same message. 

 

Anybody know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us, happy to help! 

 

So you should be able to make this change on your own in your account. Have you logged out of your account and tried again using a different browser and still not found success?

 

Additionally, to bypass the region section if it says it needs to be filled out, you will need to enter in "Name of City, City of" for that field for it to be recognized and to prevent you from seeing an error message in the future!

No i will try the different browser and logging out, I was opening it through shopify not by itself so maybe that is why.
