Why is Klaviyo support closed on a Monday

We had an urgent email send scheduled for today...and hit some glitches on pre-send testing.

Klaviyo Chat Support is down all day.  Any idea why they can’t staff someone?

Klaviyo as a whole company had a day off yesterday, mental health day or something like that..
