We haven't started to do anything, but the account is disabled, which makes us very troubled

I was able to discover that our compliance team has contacted you about triggering our one-time account verification. This process helps us to protect our sending IPs, and provide you a healthy network to send on. I can see that they sent you a message requesting some info about your company on Wednesday afternoon. I’d recommend responding to their email and continuing your correspondence with our team!
