How to use $phone_number_region

Question

I have several profiles who are not automatically set to the correct segment. They have bought an item and subscribed to the newsletter on the check-out page. The country or language is not automatically registered (which I thought was done). In their profile I can only see this property, but I can't use this property to add them to the correct segment.

I am selling in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and have three language segments (Dutch, German and English).

Hi ​@Judith Sluiter,Have you tried making a segment with this definition?Properties about someone >$phone_number_region > equals > DEThis would make a segment of every profile with a Germany phone number. If you’re not seeing that as an option, this segment definition would produce the same result:Properties about someone > Phone Number > Country Code is in > Germany (+49)Let me know if this helps you accomplish your goal!
