13 campaign emails were sent in the month of October, 2025. It was sent to few segments, but when checking the ‘Lists & segments section, I don't see any segments. There are 8 users in this account. So, I wanted to check if anyone has deleted the segment. But the activity log also doesn’t show data before November 11, 2025. Is there a common reason for this, or another way to access historical segments?

The images below shows the activity log issue. It says “Data is available starting November 11, 2025.”

The Activity log is a new feature, and right now, it’s in beta, so unfortunately, it’s not possible to view changes made before its release. Apologies for this. That being said, is it possible that these segments have been marked as inactive? If a segment has not been used in 45 days, it’s marked as inactive, and cannot be seen in the Lists & segments page, or when choosing a List or segment when creating a campaign/flow. These segments are still in your account, however - just tucked away in the Inactive segments tab, and they can be recovered. Our help guide on inactive segments explains more on why this happens, and how to recover these segments. Let me know if this helps, or if I can answer any more questions!
