Hi! We run three-month marketing sprints around a campaign topic, and I would like to be able to pull reporting to see what URLs specifically in those campaigns got the top # of clicks. Is there any way to pull this type of reporting without pulling all URLs for a date range and/or manually looking at each campaign send? If not, this might be a nice filter for Klaviyo to add on the custom reporting level.

This is a great question - happy to help! If I’m understanding correctly, your campaign structure includes sending multiple email touchpoints per broader campaign and you’d like to know how well specific links are doing across all touchpoints of that campaign.

I use the UTM Term to accomplish custom link tracking. It’s a option that you can turn on in your overall account settings (shown below) or at the actual email campaign level. This help doc walks you through how to add a dynamic or static value for the UTM term. If you make a static value for each broader campaign, you can then use your website analytics tool like GA to run a report filtering on that UTM term.

I understand the want to have that reporting in platform. Klaviyo will be releasing a new way to build campaigns later this year that is similar to flows in that one campaign in campaign builder can have multiple touchpoints. The analytics one this will have things more grouped in the way you’re describing. I would reach out to your rep as well - they are the most direct way to get product feedback to the product team.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you need anything else.

@zach.scheimer Thank you — and that’s really interesting! Do you have any more information on the campaign builder and when we might expect its release?

Hey @lizlegatt - I unfortunately don’t know exactly when this feature will launch but I know it is in the roadmap for the year. If I get any more information on timing I can comment back here
