Learn about the new features Klaviyo launched in February 2026: Landing Pages, WhatsApp Deliverability Hub, Geofencing and more.

Hi everyone and happy March!

February might be over, but there were quite a few features released this past month that are worth checking out to help you grow your audience, protect your messaging channels, reach customers in the right place at the right time, and scale your service operations. Here's what's new and how you can put these features to work.

Landing Pages: Turn traffic into subscribers without third-party tools

If you've been running paid ads, launching products, or promoting time-sensitive offers, you know how frustrating it is to send traffic to a generic page that doesn't convert. Landing Pages give you a simple, Klaviyo-hosted solution to capture email, SMS, and WhatsApp consent with no developer required.

What you can do:

  • Create conversion-focused pages directly in Klaviyo with customizable templates
  • Host pages on a Klaviyo URL or your own custom domain
  • Track views, submits, and submit rates just like you do with sign-up forms
  • Capture UTM parameters to see which traffic sources drive the best results
  • Use multi-step forms and smart opt-in features to collect consent compliantly

Where it lives: Website > Landing Pages

Why it matters: You're already paying for traffic. Landing Pages help you turn that investment into owned audience growth—email, SMS, and WhatsApp subscribers you can message again and again. Whether you're testing a new offer, building a product waitlist, or driving conversions from Instagram ads, this gives you a dedicated, trackable page that's optimized for one thing: getting people to say yes.

Example use case: You're launching a new product next month. Create a landing page with a waitlist sign-up form, promote it via Instagram and Google Ads, and track which channel drives the most sign-ups. When the product drops, you've got a warm audience ready to buy.

WhatsApp Deliverability Hub: Protect your sending reputation before it's too late

WhatsApp is a high-ROI channel, but it's also easy to damage if you're not monitoring Meta's quality system. The new WhatsApp Deliverability Hub consolidates everything you need to maintain a healthy account, including quality score, violations, messaging limits, and paused templates, all in one place.

What you can do:

  • See your current Meta quality score and account status in real time
  • Get alerts when templates are paused or violations occur
  • Monitor delivery, click, and unsubscribe trends across campaigns and flows
  • Identify which template caused issues so you can fix it fast
  • Understand your messaging limits and avoid account restrictions

Where it lives: Available once you've connected a WhatsApp Business Account to Klaviyo

Why it matters: Meta's quality system directly controls how many messages you can send. If too many people block or report a template, Meta pauses it. Repeated pauses reduce your messaging limits or disable your account entirely. The Deliverability Hub gives you visibility before things break, so you can intervene early and keep WhatsApp a reliable revenue channel.

Example use case: You notice your quality score dropped to "Low" and see a paused template. You review the content, realize the CTA was too aggressive, adjust your targeting, and resubmit. Crisis averted, and your messaging limits stay intact.

Geofencing for Push Notifications: Message customers when they're near your store

If you have physical locations, Geofencing lets you trigger real-time events when customers enter, exit, or dwell near your stores. You can use these events to send push notifications, build segments, or power cross-channel flows, all based on actual proximity to your locations.

What you can do:

  • Define virtual boundaries around store locations (by map or address)
  • Choose which transitions trigger events: enter, exit, or dwell
  • Use geofence events to trigger flows, build segments, or analyze foot traffic
  • Set operating hours so messages only send when stores are open
  • Tag locations to run localized campaigns across hundreds of stores at once

Requirements: Only available for accounts with a mobile app using iOS SDK v5.2.0+, Android SDK v4.2.0+, or React Native SDK v2.2.0+

Why it matters: In-store sales still account for roughly 72% of retail revenue, yet most digital tools stop at the door. Geofencing extends Klaviyo's personalization into the physical world, letting you message customers at the exact moment they're close to buying in person.

Example use case: A customer walks within 500 feet of your flagship store. They receive a push notification: "You're near our downtown location—stop by today and get 15% off in-store purchases." They visit, buy, and you've turned proximity into revenue.
