I wanted to open a discussion around the use of Klaviyo for syncing audiences to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), as we’ve been running into recurring challenges.
On our side, segments are correctly updated in Klaviyo, but we often notice:

significant delays in audience updates on ad platforms,

noticeable gaps between Klaviyo segment sizes and the audiences actually available in Meta or Google,
-
and more generally, limitations when working with more granular or highly dynamic segments.
As we’ve looked into it, it doesn’t seem to be a bug per se, but rather a limitation of how these integrations work. Klaviyo feels very effective as a first-layer CRM audience, but more constrained when used as a primary “audience generator” for paid media at scale.
